About Custom Design
You can fully customize the appearance of each of your questionnaires using 18 customization criteria: logo,
header and background colors, text sizes, progress bar, "Next" button, Test link appearance, etc.
This enables you to design questionnaires that reflect the image of your company or clients and are more engaging
for respondents.
1 – Go to the “Questionnaire Options” tab
In the “Questionnaire Options” tab, you have access to the following settings: Questionnaire Theme, Language and Preferences, End of Questionnaire Options (e.g., to automatically redirect respondents to your website after completing the questionnaire), etc.
From the “Questionnaire’s Theme” menu, you can fully personalize the appearance of your questionnaire.
Within this menu, you can either select a predefined theme or create your own theme (e.g., aligned with your
graphic charter or your client’s) by clicking the “Design my Theme” button.
2 – Create a 100% Customized Theme
By clicking on the “Design my Theme” button, you’ll access a page where you can configure the entire appearance of the questionnaire and its various elements (header, background, progress bar, “Next” button, Test link, etc.).
If you also wish to modify the font size of the question titles and response options, you can do so from the “Language and Preferences” menu.
3 – Apply and preview the Theme
Once the customization criteria are configured, click the “Save” button at the bottom of the page.
The theme you’ve designed will then automatically apply to your questionnaire.
You can then click the “Preview” button to see a respondent's view of the questionnaire with the customized theme.
4 – OR: Load and apply a Theme from a previous Survey
When you’ve created and applied a fully customized theme to one of your questionnaires, you can then apply it to other questionnaires in just two clicks.
On the “Design my Theme” page, expand the “Load Theme from another Survey” section, then select the theme you wish to reuse.
By clicking on the small eye icon to the right of each survey (in the list of surveys), you can view a preview of the theme. You can also search for a survey/theme using the search bar.
Once the theme is selected, click the “Apply” button, and all customization criteria will automatically update.
